Picked from a list
Families get a stack of biodata and whoever is available, not whoever suits their home.
MOM licensed · Myanmar helper specialist
We choose Myanmar helpers for their character, then train them hands-on in Singapore for 5 to 7 days before they start with your family.
How we operate
The real problem
It usually isn't bad luck. It's the way the hire was made.
Families get a stack of biodata and whoever is available, not whoever suits their home.
Overseas courses happen months before arrival and rarely match how a Singapore home runs.
A fluent helper who works carelessly is harder to live with than a quieter one who works well.
Each mismatch costs time, money and stress, and the next hire is made the same way.
“Skills can be learned.
A good heart has to be found.”
How we choose every Goodwill helper
Our method
We don't stop at matching. Every placement goes through the same three-part method.
01 · Select for character
We interview every Myanmar helper ourselves and look for honesty, patience and willingness to learn.
A humble, eager helper who cares will do better in your home than an experienced one who doesn't. That's who we put forward.
02 · Train in Singapore
After she arrives in Singapore, your helper trains hands-on in a real home setting, not a classroom overseas. She covers 7 areas:
We send you photo updates during training, so you see her progress before she starts.
An example. Every home gets its own plan.
03 · Plan her day
Long lists of house rules overwhelm a new helper and are forgotten within days.
We turn your household's routine into a simple visual day plan she can glance at and follow. When she can see her day, you don't need to keep reminding her.

Why train in Singapore
Here's what usually goes missing, and what we do instead.
Overseas centres teach to a checklist. By the time she arrives, months have passed and much is forgotten.
Cooking is one of the skills families ask for most, yet it's rarely taught properly before arrival.
A certificate says she was trained. It can't show you what she actually learned.
We train helpers in Singapore, after they arrive: 5 to 7 days across 7 areas, including Chinese and Western cooking. You get photo updates throughout, so you know what you're getting before she starts.
Our process
Typically 2 to 3 weeks. Four steps, each one there to prevent a mismatch before it happens.
A 45-minute conversation about your household, routines, cooking, children, elderly family and past frustrations.
We shortlist for attitude and willingness to learn, then guide your video interview, with Burmese translation.
5 to 7 days of hands-on training across 7 areas in a real home setting, with photo updates sent to you.
A visual day plan for your home, plus all the admin: MOM paperwork, medical, flights and insurance.
Who we help
“Where do we even start?”
We explain every step, cost and obligation in plain language, and warn you about the common pitfalls.
“We've been through too many helpers.”
Tired of mismatches? Our method fixes how the hire is made, not just who is sent next.
“Will she cope with a newborn?”
Infant care is the most demanding placement. We plan the routine so she isn't overloaded.
“We need someone kind, not just capable.”
Care tasks can be taught. Patience and respect can't, so that's what we select for.
