Our process

From first conversation

Typically 2 to 3 weeks, start to finish. Every step is there to prevent a mismatch before it happens.

A typical timeline. A new helper coming from Myanmar may take longer, depending on approvals and flights. We'll confirm your timeline after the fact-find.

  1. Understand your home

It starts with a 45-minute conversation, not just a form. We ask about your household size, daily routine, cooking, children, elderly family members, and what has frustrated you about helpers before.

We follow a structured needs assessment so nothing important is missed. By the end, we know what kind of helper fits your home, and we'll tell you honestly if we can find her.

  2. Character screening & shortlisting

We don't shortlist by who happens to be available. We look at attitude, background and willingness to learn. Good character comes before polished English or years of experience, because an eager helper who is well trained will serve your family better than one who only looks good on paper.

Then we guide you through a structured video interview. We give you the right questions to ask, and we join the call to translate so both sides understand each other.

  3. Training in Singapore (5–7 days)

Once your helper arrives, she trains hands-on for 5 to 7 days in 7 areas: general housework, laundry and ironing, kitchen hygiene, Chinese cooking, Western cooking, child care and home organisation.

It happens in a real home setting, and you're kept in the loop. We send you photo updates as she progresses, so you see what she has learned before she starts with you. How we train

  4. A visual timetable & full handover

Before her first day, we turn your household's routine into a simple visual day plan instead of a long list of rules. When she can see her day at a glance, she doesn't need reminding, and nothing gets missed.

We also handle all the admin: MOM paperwork, Settling-In Programme and employer orientation registration, thumbprint, medical checks, flights and insurance. You focus on welcoming her. We handle the rest.

After placement

Our job doesn't end on her first day.

We stay with you throughout the contract: helping you both talk things through when needed, and doing regular check-ins and milestone rewards together with you. Those two habits are what keep good helpers for years, not months.
