Hello! I'm HauYee. Before Goodwill, I watched the same story happen again and again: a family hires a helper, it doesn't work out, and the agency offers a partial refund and another random profile. Nobody learns anything, and the cycle repeats.

The problem was never bad luck. It was the process. Families weren't being properly understood, and helpers weren't being prepared for the homes they were going into.

So Goodwill does it differently. We start with an honest conversation about your home and your expectations. We choose Myanmar helpers for their character, not just their availability. And we train them ourselves, here in Singapore, before they arrive at your door.
